Product quality will be influenced by its components quality, and advancing the supply chain quality level should be a important way to promote enterprise product quality competitiveness. The paper analyses the necessity to advance supply chain quality level under the vertical integration and the increasing competition environment firstly; secondly, based on all the supply chain quality factors, the paper narrates some methods and countermeasures how to promote supply chain quality level by total quality management theory and method.
