摘要
针对铁路客车轴承与轴颈人工测量效率低、成本高、劳动强度大、精度差等缺点,研制了一套客车轴承与轴颈尺寸的测量系统,能够完成尺寸的测量、数据存储、通信和管理工作。系统能够很好的满足使用要求,使用效率高和成本低,具有很好的使用推广前景。
A set of measurement system for bearing and axle journal on passenger car has been developed to fulfill the work of measuring the dimension, data saving, communication and data management, which overcomes disadvantage of manual measurement, such as low efficiencies, high cost, high labor intensity and low precision. The system can better meet the need for application and has the advantages of high efficiency, low cost and so on. The system has perfect application prospect in railway system.
