摘要
建立了五相混合式步进电动机桥臂斩波式驱动系统包括控制部分在内的单步响应特性的仿真模型。对四步一循环的轻重步现象的物理过程作出较透彻的分析,提出一种过激法改善这种轻重步问题的方法,不需增加额外的硬件电路,实现很方便。文中给出对仿真模型的校核,表明模型足够精确。
This paper provides a simulation model of five-phase hybrid stepping motor driver system operating in chopping mode in inverter leg including control circuit, analyzes the procedure of the light and heavy step phenomenon in a cycle of every four step, and proposes an overexciting method for improving this light and heavy step problem, which needn't add any hardware circuits and can be realized easily. Through the computer analysis and practical system verification, it is proved that the model is accurate enough.
