摘要
结合工程实例,对杏仁脱苦废水的治理技术进行了阐述,并总结出杏仁脱苦废水处理的合理工艺和调试运行方法。结果证明:采用UASB反应器和活性污泥法相结合的工艺处理杏仁脱苦废水,在进水COD质量浓度平均值为12000mg·L-1时,出水COD质量浓度可以稳定在100mg·L-1以下,排放废水水质满足GB8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》中的一级排放要求。
This paper introduces treatment technology about almond debitterizing wastewater on the basis of project example. Reasonable treatment process and debug methods are summarized also. The result shows :as the average concentration of CODCr in the influent is 12 000 mg·L^-1, using UASB reactor and activated sludge as primary process, in the effluent CODCr could be under 100 mg·L^-1. The quality of effluent meets first grade discharging stand of China GB 8978-1996.
