摘要
针对锅炉特点拟定了多项冷态试验,并通过冷态试验完成一些必要的基础技术工作,为锅炉的点火启动提供初步条件,为运行操作提供一些参考依据;再通过热态调整逐步完善改进或改造一些锅炉新产品部件,力求锅炉达到预期的设计目的。进一步,通过燃烧调整,寻找合理的运行工况,确保锅炉机组顺利达到合同规定的性能指标。
According to boiler characteristics, this paper presents several cold-start tests, through which some necessary basic technology will be completed to provide preliminary condition for boiler ignition and some reference for operating. Then by hot adjustment, some new boiler parts can be improved or renovated to meet expected design requirements. Furthermore through combustion adjustment, the reasonable working condition can be found so as to ensure boiler performance to meet contract requirements.
