简支钢梁在火灾下结构响应的分析及验证

摘要 采用有限元方法,模拟了H型简支钢梁在火灾下的结构响应,得到了瞬态温度场分布和梁挠度、转角和轴向变形的瞬态变化曲线,与试验结果比较,二者吻合,表明该方法正确可行,能够准确地预测梁出现屈曲失效的温度和时间,为火灾下钢结构的力学特性分析提供了一条行之有效的方法.本文还进一步分析了不同载荷对火灾中梁结构性能的影响. Finite element method is used in numerical simulation of structural response of H-shaped simple supported steel beam under fire condition. Transient temperature distribution and deflection-temperature transient curve and rotation-temperature transient curve and axial deflection-temperature transient curve are required from numerical analysis. Numerical analysis results are accorded with experimental results. It is indicated that this method is correct and feasible. Numerical analysis can predict the temperature and time of buckling failure accurately. An effective method is provided for mechanical characteristic research of steel structure under fire condition. The paper has also discussed the influence of different loads on structural performance under fire conditions.
