摘要
本文拟合了电站锅炉常用钢材BHW35的物性参数,采用数值解法计算了物性参数随温度变化时的调峰机组锅炉汽包温度场与热应力场,并与物性参数为常数时的温度场和热应力场作了对比。结果对调峰机组锅炉汽包寿命估算时是否需要考虑物性参数随温度变化问题具有一定指导意义。
The properties o0f steel BHW35 frequently used in utility boilers are fitted in this paper. The temperature field and thermal stess field of a peak loading boiler drum, with the properties of material varied in temperature, are calculated through numerical methodes and compared with that of constant properties.
