Determination of Peoniflorin in Shuxinning Tablets by HPLC

目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定舒心宁片中芍药苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Kromasil C18(250mm×5.0mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(35:65),流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为230nm,柱温为30℃。结果:芍药苷进样量在0.1616～1.4544μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998);平均回收率为100.56%,RSD=1.50%(n=6)。结论:本法简便、准确、精密度高、重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE： To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Peoniflorin in Shuxinning tablets. METHODS：The determination was performed on Kromasil C18（250mm×5.0mm, 5μm）column with column temperature set at 30℃. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water（35 ： 65） with flow rate of 1.0mL· min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 230nm. RESULTS：Good linear relation was achieved when sample size of Peoniflorin ranged at 0.161 6--1.454 4μg（ r = 0.999 8）. The average recovery was 100.56%, RSD = 1.50% （n = 6）. CONCLUSION：The method was simple, accurate, precise,and with high resolution,and it can be used for the quality control of Shuxinning tablets.
