铅钙铋合金与铅钙合金铸造性能的比较研究 被引量:5

摘要 对含铋的铅钙合金和常规铅钙合金所铸造的板栅进行了扫描电镜形貌、能谱、元素面扫描等分析,结果显示:含铋的铅钙合金不存在铝成团现象,且钙分布均匀,较好地解释了含铋的铅钙合金铸造性能优良的原因。 The properties of cast grids made from lead-calcium-bismuth alloy and lead-calcium alloy were investigated by scanning electron spectroscopy(SEM), electro diffraction spectroscopy(EDS) and element section distriution. The results showed that conglobation of aluminum disappeared in lead-calcium-bismuth alloy, and an even bdistribution of calcium. Therefore, the castability of lead-calcium-bismuth alloy might be better than lead-calcium alloy.
