Impact of Psychological Intervention on Quality of Life in Patients with Cancer

目的:了解心理干预对癌症病人生活质量的影响。方法:采用QLQ作为癌症病人生活质量的测查指标,运用文字、图像和声音为一体的针对肿瘤患者的临床心理干预,抽取120例肾癌和膀胱癌患者为样本,运用随机分组方法,进行统计分析。结果:经3个月的心理干预后,化疗期间癌症病人的生活质量状况和症状得到不同程度的改善。结论:对癌症病人实施心理干预,既有助于帮助护士改进护理计划,又提高癌症病人的生活质量。

Objective： To investigate the effects of psychological intervention on quality of life in patients with cancer. Methods： QLQ was applied as index for quality of life in patients with cancer. A sample of 120 patients with renal carcinoma and bladder carcinoma was randomly grouped with principle of RCT, by psychological intervention of words. Image and sound, and was analysed with statistical methods. Results： Quality of life and symptoms of patients with cancer had been improved at different levels in the period of chemo-therapy after psychological intervention of 3 months. Conclusion： Pychological intervention and psychological support can improve quality of life in patients with cancer as well as the development of nursing care.
