Strategic Thinking on Improving the Quality of Teaching Management of Local Universities

由于受到内在的主体自身意识、能力和外在的管理体制和制度以及结构的非合理性等因素的影响,地方高等院校目前正面临着外在竞争压力剧增、内在发展任务艰巨这一境地。要摆脱目前窘境,提高教学质量,地方高校必须抓住迎评这一难得的发展机遇,坚持以体制改革为动力,以教学质量提高为中心,以师资队伍建设为重点,坚持边整顿边提高的原则,学会两条腿走路,全面推动工作向前发展。

At present local universities are facing sharp increase of the external competition pressure, arduousness of intrinsic development mission with the influence factors of intrinsic consciousness, ability and external management system as well as unreasonable structure and so on. For getting rid of the present predicament, improving the quality of teaching, local universities must hold the development opportunity of assessment, persist in taking the system reform as the power, taking the improving the quality of teaching as the center, taking the construction of teaching staff as the key point, comprehensively impel the work to move forward.
