摘要
朝鲜崖柏为柏科植物,应用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对其茎次生木质部进行解剖学研究,发现其为无孔材;射线为同型;生长轮中早材至晚材急变,晚材带较窄,早晚材管胞分子大小差异极大;具缘纹孔单列;交叉场纹孔为杉木型;木射线单列.茎次生木质部离析材料中有螺纹管胞和孔纹管胞.
Thuja koraiensis Nakia is the plant of Cupressaceac, the secondary xylem of its stem is anatomical studied using optics microscope and the scanning electron microscope. The results show that it is the aporate timber; ray is homeotype ; growth ring sharp transforms from springwood to late wood, the zone of later wood is narrow; the size of tracheid molecule of springwood and late wood are different;bordered pit single row;the crossfield pit belongs to cryptomeripsoides ; xylem ray single row.
