Using teaching method of cooperation and competition in general soccer course by consulting a large amount ol documents and materials and discussing with the experts, through two - round teaching experiments and questionnaire investigations, the results shows ： it is feasible in the technological teaching of general soccer courses, its teaching result is apparently superior to the routine teaching method, it is better for students to improve skills and teaching quality as well.
