摘要
青年教师是高校发展的生力军,是大学未来竞争力的主体。这里结合医学检验专业的特点,从导师制度、听课制度、备课制度、试讲制度及实验技能培训制度等多方面谈谈检验系青年教师如何提高自身教学素质。
Young teachers is a new force for the development of higher education, and will be the main body for the competitive ability in universities. This paper explores how young teacher in medical laboratory improve their teaching quality from the following aspects: the master system, visiting a class, preparation for class, trial teaching and training of experimental skills.
