婴幼儿室管膜母细胞瘤1例报告及文献复习

Pathology and immunohistochemistry of ependymoblastoma in a young child with literature review

目的探讨婴幼儿室管膜母细胞瘤(ependymoblastoma)的临床及病理学特征和鉴别诊断特点。方法结合文献复习,对1例婴幼儿室管膜母细胞瘤进行临床资料分析、病理形态学观察及免疫组化检测。结果室管膜母细胞瘤患儿1例,2岁,女,临床表现为癫疒间发作伴意识障碍。CT显示肿瘤位于左大脑枕顶叶,边界清楚,组织学形态特征为小圆形的幼稚母细胞呈复层排列围成管腔样菊形团结构,有灶性坏死,免疫组化表达Vimentin、GFAP、EMA和S-100。结论室管膜母细胞瘤少见,属WHOⅣ级,应与其他儿童母细胞瘤鉴别。

Objectives To investigate the physical development and its trend of children under 7-year-old in Shanghai.Methods Data of weight and height(length)came from 17712 healthy children under 7-year-old through a growth survey in Shanghai in 2005,which was divided into 22 groups by age,gender resident location(urban and subur-ban),was used to compare with WHO and American CDC standards.Results Children in Shanghai had better weight and height than ten years ago(P < 0.01).As compared with WHO standard,data of our groups are better with exception of suburban girls after 3 years old.When compared with American CDC standard,there are lower weights in suburban groups of birth and after 10 months.But most of children’s height(length)is taller than that of American’s.Conclusions We should pay more attention to overweight and obesity in children,and make emphasis on providing to parents with more information of supplementary foods.(J Clin Pediatr,2007,25(8):684-688) Key words: preschool children;physical development;WHO standard;CDC standard
