摘要
介绍了节能效益分享模式在我国合同能源管理机制运行中的实施状况,分析了该模式在具体运作中遇到了共性问题,即如何确定节能服务公司分享效益的额度和分享期限,提出按照风险与收益对等的原则来进行效益分享,构建了基于风险系数的效益分享模型。
The paper indicates the implementing situation of energy saving income sharing model in Contract Energy Management Mechanism, analyzes the common problem during operation of model, that is, how to determining the amount of shared energy saving income and the time span of sharing income. In order to solve this problem, the paper presents a income sharing model based on risk coefficient, which embodies the principle of risk being positive correlation with income.
