玻璃钢内端罩在大型氢冷汽轮发电机上的应用

摘要 大型汽轮发电机的运行经验表明,当机内冷却氢气的含水量偏高和内瑞罩与机座配合面间存在间隙时,传统的铝质内端罩容易产生腐蚀,危害机组的安全运行。采用玻璃钢内端罩可完全避免产生腐蚀问题。叙述了铝质内端罩的腐蚀现象,分析了腐蚀原因。 The operating experiences of a large hydrogen-cooling turbogenerator show that a conventional alundnium internal end cover is corroded easily, if moisture content of cooling-hydrogen in the turbogenerator is higher and there are gaps between fitting surface of the internal end cover to the frame. The corrosion is very harmful to operating safety of a turbogenerator. The corrosion aeddent can be completely avoid by using GFRP internal end cover. In this paper, the corrosion appearances of the aluminium internal end cover and its reasons are described.
