摘要
本文主要论述了双微机双调节调速器软件的研究。该软件采用模块结构,具有较强的灵活性,尤其采用了适应式变化参数的PID调节规律,既可以提高机组的运行稳定性,又可以保持转速调整的速动性。同时,诸如甩负荷、开机、停机等大波动工况,采用新的控制规律,可以降低轴向水推力和水压力,双调中的协联关系用软件来实现,准确性高,可以提高机组的运行效率。
A duplicate microprocessor - based governor for dual control turbine is presented here. The modular structare is used in software design. The use of the adaptive control strategie with variable parameters PID enhanced the control performance as well as ensured the stability of control system. The axial thrust and pressure in penstoch when start-up, shut down and large disturbance are reduced by the use of the new control law. A on-cam relationship between wicket gate and runner blade is controlled digitally. Its high precision can increse efficiency of the hydrogenerator unit.
