摘要
介绍针对炭素冷却机的提料板存在问题所进行的改进;论述冷却机提料板由直板式改为钝角式的原因,论证了炭素冷却机提料板的几何形状对冷却效果的影响;推导出物料的运动轨迹和提料板的几何夹角α的求解方程。物料在筒体内按此函数曲线运动形成了较大的幕料轨迹,按此计算结果设计的炭素冷却机,既提高了冷却效果,又避免了高温物料对筒体的撞击,提高了使用寿命。
This paper introduces the improvement of carbon rotary cooler's lifting plate. Firstly, it demonstrates the reason of changing the right angle plate into an obtuse angle one and the influence of the lifting plate's geometry shape on the cooling effect. Secondly, it deduces an equation for solving the angle between materiel's motion locus and the lifting plate. According to the function curve, material forms a biggish curtain-fall. The rotary cooler designed by the calculation result could increase material to the cooler shell, so it prolongs service lifetime.
