The Chinese government win take measures to improve the environment of foreign trade, such as encouraging import selectively and limiting export appropriately, which will surely hring great impact and new challenge to domestic enterprises, while the construction of studying enterprises is the inevitable choice for enterprises to protect themselves in the course of coping with antidumping investigations and achieving the halance of international payments.
