摘要
广西桂林市水利水电工程质量监督站通过多年的实践,总结出:分片包干,一般项目抽查与重点项目进驻,建立健全汇报制度和监督申报程序,采取既监督又服务的工作方法;通过宣传与教育,开办培训班,提高监督水平,不断完善监督手段,确保工程质量。
According to many years of practice of Guilin Water and Power Construction Quality Supervision Station, some working methods are summarized including dividing responsible zones, selective check for normal project, entering and stationing important project, setting up and improving report system and supervision declare procedure, combining supervision with service. Publicity, education and training shall be given to upgrade supervision capability, improve supervision means and ensure project quality.
