Research on improvement of corporation's internal audit quality during operation process of Environments & Occupational Health and Safety Management System

本文作者结合本企业实施环境与安全管理体系的实践经验,分析研究了企业在运行ISO14001环境管理体系和OHSAS18001职业健康安全管理体系过程中,如何把握内部审核相关控制因素,提高内部审核工作质量,从而达到提高体系在企业实施运行中的实际效果。保障企业环境与安全管理体系运行的三级监控机制切实可行,从而带动企业环境与安全生产管理工作形成一个自我发现、自我纠正、自我完善的持续不断改进的有效管理机制。本文结合工作实际分析了管理体系内审的基本流程、内审中的关注点和内审所常见的主要问题,为企业职业健康安全管理体系、环境管理体系的有效运行提供了参考。

This article presented how to get the key points to find enterprise internal audit controlling factor, and how to improve level of internal audit based on good experiences about analyze of work safely, smoothly and keep the company healthy. It is about running ISO14001 （Environment Management System） and OHSMS18001 （Occupational Health and Safety Management System）. It does work about improving level of integrated system. Learning from this, 3S （three steps） monitoring can be applied to keep the company＇ s integrated system nmning well. Three steps monitoring means Self-check, Self-correct and self-improvement, and this is efficacious incessancy. The author also presented what the primal problems are when the company rtms, and find the company＇ s basic procedure of EMS and OHSMS. In a word, two Thumbs-up for EMS ＆OHSMS.
