保险员工职业生涯发展规划直接关系到优秀保险人才群体的形成,有利于强化保险员工的事业心和责任感,提高保险员工对企业的忠诚度,增强保险员工对工作环境的适应能力,促进保险员工自我价值的实现,对保险企业管理系统提供多重支持。有助于保险企业与员工实现"双赢"。保险企业员工职业生涯发展规划应遵循协调协商、公平对待、动态管理、善于创新等原则。实现保险企业员工职业生涯发展规划,应注重培训,满足员工不断学习的心理需求;精心策划,明确职业生涯发展目标;运用考核手段,推动职业生涯发展目标的实现;营造良好的环境氛围,提高工作参与度。
Career development planning for insurance company employees has a direct bearing on the formation of talented insurance professionals, useful in strengthening employees' ambition and sense of responsibility, enhancing their loyalty, facilitating their acclimation to their work environment, assisting with their realization of their own values, providing multiple support to corporate management system, and achieving a "win-win" relationship between insurance enterprises and their employees. Career development planning of insurance company employees should follow the principle of coordination and consultation, fair dealing, dynamic management and in favor of innovation. To realize their employees ' career plans, insurance companies should emphasize training, satisfy their psychological needs of continuous study, ascertain their career development targets through elaborate masterminding, apply appraisal tools to urge realization of their career targets, and create a favorable environment and atmosphere and enhance their participation.
