摘要
在辽河油田锦90块非混相驱基础上,加入少量廉价助剂,不仅可以保持原有注入体系的封堵效果,同时,还可以改善注入体系的洗油效率。考察了单起泡剂及助剂用量、注入段塞体积对驱油效率及封堵效果的影响。结果表明,在起泡剂J90用量0.2%~0.5%,助剂Na-2用量0.5%~1.0%,注入段塞体积0.3~0.5PV条件下,该泡沫复合驱体系可以使油水界面张力降至10-3mN/m数量级以下,驱油效率提高22%~40%;并能使岩芯油饱和度降低,阻力因子增大,封堵效果好,具有一定的调剖能力。
On the basis of non - miscible flooding of Jin - 90 thick oil in Liaohe Oilfield, a few cheap aids were added to injected system. It not only retained the shutoff effect of original placement efficiency. The influence of mono- blowing agent, aids and slug injected system, but also enhanced disvolume on flooding effect and shutoff ef- fect was studied.The result showed that interface tension was decreased to 10^-3 mN/m,and the flooding effect was increased by 22 % - 40 % under the conditions as follows : the content of blowing agent 0.2 % - 0.5 %, the content of aid Na - 2 0.5 % - 1.0 % and the volume of slug 0.3 - 0.5 PV. At the same time, the saturation of core was decreased, and resistance factor was increased. So shutoff effect was obvious. And the system had the ability to profile control.
