论联勤体制下军事医学人才培养中的跨文化教育

Cross-cultural Education in Military Medical Talents Cultivation under the Background of Joint Services System of Armed Forces

通过联勤体制下我军军事医学教育发展、履行新时期我军历史使命和提高军事医学人才综合素质三个方面,论述了我军事医学人才培养中开展跨文化教育是十分必要的;并针对我军军事医学人才培养中存在的跨文化意识薄弱、教学内容缺乏、忽视跨文化课程设置、教学方法单一等问题提出了提高跨文化意识培养的对策。

This article discusses the necessity of developing cross- cultural education in military medical talents cultivation under the background of joint services system of armed forces, with the three causes of developing of military medical education, practicing the new historic mission of the PLA at present, and enhancing the composite diathesis of the military medical talents, and analyz problems objectively, such as indifferences to the idea of cross- cultural education, insufficient of teaching content,irrationality of curriculum construction, et al. To put forward some countermeasure like education raising the training of the cross- cultural consciousness, strengthening the supply of teachers, reinforcing the construction of curriculum, enriching the methods of teaching.
