色素失禁症一家系三例
摘要
先证者（Ⅵ2）女，6个月，汉族。因“全身出现条状花纹色斑伴水疱6个月”就诊。患儿出生时四肢即有线状及小片红斑，随后皮疹范围逐渐扩大，渐累及到胸背部及外阴。10周后在少数红斑的基础上出现水疱、大疱，数日后水疱干涸、结痂，脱落后留有不规则或涡轮状褐色斑，且在双足底留有疣状增生。患儿系第2胎第1产，足月顺产，Apgar评分8分。父母非近亲结婚。
