摘要
液化石油气(LPG)脱硫塔是保证LPG质量的重要设备。根据其工艺特点,对脱硫塔工艺设计提出了合适的工艺参数和操作条件,并给出了塔填料流体力学、塔内件的设计计算方法,从而保证脱硫塔的优化设计和操作,进而保证LPG的质量。同时,针对LPG脱硫塔操作时塔顶易带胺的特点,分析了夹带胺液的原因,从工艺和设备上给出了解决问题的办法。此外,还推荐了两种用于LPG脱硫塔的高效填料,可以有效提高LPG质量和脱硫塔的处理能力。
Amine extraction tower for liquified petroleum gas (LPG) desulfurization is the critical equipment to ensure the LPG quality in operation. The appropriate process parameters and operating data are presented and fluid dynamics of column packings and design methods of tower internals are given for the optimized design and operation of the tower as well as for the production of on-spec LPG. The root causes of amine entrainment are analyzed and solutions are proposed in respect of the process and equipment. Two types of highefficiency packings are recommended for improving LPG quality and increasing extraction tower capacity.
