摘要
针对克拉玛依石油化工厂2．00 Mt/a蒸馏装置电脱盐-初馏塔工序的安全要求,分析了电脱盐罐压力过大可能导致的异常工况,介绍了利用超驰控制确保电脱盐罐的安全运行的原理和控制流程。应用结果表明,超驰控制取得了良好的效果。
On the basis of safety requirements of crude desalter-primary distillation tower of a 2.0 mm TPY crude distillation unit in Karamay Petrochemical Complex, the abnormal conditions from over-pressure of desalter drum were analyzed. The application of override control to maintain a safe desalter operation and control flow were described. Good results have been achieved.
