摘要
从工程实际出发,用热力学和流体力学的原理分析了烟气能量回收系统设计要注意的问题,用计算实例说明设备烟气阻力和管道局部烟气阻力对节能的影响。为提高烟气能量回收效果提出了几点建议:①参与设计的各专业共同重视;②降低设备阻力;③合理布置管道,重视管件选用。
Based upon engineering practice, the principles of thermodynamics and hydrodynamics are applied to analyze the precautions in the design of flue gas power recovery system. The calculation cases are presented to illustrate the impact of resistance of flue gas and flue gas duct on energy saving. The recommendations are suggested to improve flue gas energy recovery efficiency ,such as 1 )optimized designs of different disciplines ,2)reduced equipment resistance and 3)proper pipeline arrangement and appropriate pipe fitting selection.
