摘要
针对齐鲁乙烯污水处理场Ⅲ,Ⅳ系列二沉池污泥上浮问题,通过对曝气池、二沉池参数、曝气池活性污泥性质以及污水处理场的运行及污水来水等影响因素分析研究,寻找开工初期污泥上浮的原因。结果表明:进水pH值、温度、高COD负荷、有毒物质冲击、高DO浓度及排泥不畅等因素导致了污泥上浮。提出了对策,运行结果证明是可行的。
To solve sludge floating problem in secondary settlement pits in No. Ⅲ and Ⅳ systems of waste water treatment plant of Qilu Company, SINOPEC, the operating parameters of aeration pit and secondary settlement basin, the activated sludge properties, the operation of waste treatment plant and sources of waste water were analyzed to find out the causes of sludge floating at the start of run. The results exhibited that the pH value of intake water, temperature, high COD, impingement of poisonous materials and improper discharge of sludge were responsible for sludge floating. Practical countermeasures were recommended and proved to be effective in operation.
