摘要
随着炼油厂规模的扩大,为降低能耗,蒸汽参数越来越高,对蒸汽品质的要求更加严格。目前炼油厂不同程度存在因蒸汽品质影响生产的情况,比如过热器爆管、气压机结垢等,使生产陷入被动。为此从理论、管理和日常运行上探讨了造成蒸汽品质污染的原因,重点分析了蒸汽带水的影响,如汽包运行水位过高和排污不充分造成的影响;并提出了控制蒸汽品质的7项措施;最后针对汽轮机结垢问题,结合长庆石化分公司的实例,介绍了汽轮机结垢的在线清洗技术。
With expansion of refinery capacity, the higher steam parameters and steam quality are required in operation to reduce the energy consumption. The steam quality usually affects the refinery operation to some extent, such as tube rupture of superheater and gas compressor fouling, etc. To solve these problems, the causes of steam contamination are studied in respect of theory, management and routine operation and the impact of water carried over with steam is analyzed, especially the impact of high water level of steam drum and inadequate blowdown. Six measures are suggested to control steam quality. The handling of steam turbine fouling is described based upon a case study of a fouled steam turbine in Changqing Petrochemical Company.
