酸性气管线系统优化设计

摘要 介绍中国石化中原油田分公司石化总厂原火炬系统酸性气管线易产生积液堵塞现象并分析其原因。通过酸性气管线重新设计,使其具有一定的倾斜度,并增加积液自动回流线,使积液密闭安全自动返回到酸性气分液罐,不再排放积液。此方法解决了酸性气管线积液堵塞问题,大大减轻了工业污染。 The liquid accumulation blocking of the sour gas pipelines in the flare system of petrochemical plant of SINOPEC Zhongyuan Oil Field Company and root causes are analyzed. The re-design of the sour gas pipeline system by tilting the pipeline and installation of accumulation liquid recycle line make it possible for the accumulated liquid to flow freely back to the sour gas knock-out drum safely in a closed-loop, and there is no liquid blowdown. This has solved the pipeline blocking problem and greatly mitigated the environmental pollution.
