减少蒸汽用量是降低炼油能耗的有效途径 被引量:6

摘要 由于加工原油品种的变化,中国石油化工股份有限公司齐鲁分公司胜利炼油厂炼油能耗远大于中国石油化工股份有限公司的平均水平,主要原因是在该厂的能耗构成中蒸汽耗量所占比例较大,高于中国石油化工股份有限公司的平均水平。造成蒸汽耗量大的主要原因有:气体脱硫装置胺液再生和含硫污水汽提装置消耗蒸汽量大;工艺蒸汽用量偏大;罐区加热蒸汽量大;蒸汽输送过程损耗大等。针对上述情况,充分利用工艺过程低温位热,合理降低各种汽提蒸汽、加热蒸汽等工艺用汽量,加强蒸汽系统管线的保温等措施,使全厂蒸汽用量由2005年的0.200t/t下降至0.176t/t。 Due to variations of crude oils being processed, the energy consumption of SINOPEC Qilu Company is higher than the average of whole SINOPEC. The main factor is the greater portion of steam in total energy consumption, which is higher than SINOPEC' s average. The major causes of greater steam consumption are the greater steam requirements of amine regeneration system of gas desulfurization unit, sour water stripping unit, tank farms and process utilization as well as greater losses in steam tansmission. The steam consumption is greatly reduced after implementation of effective measures. Based upon the above-mentioned conditions, the utilization of low-temperature heat in the process is maximized to reduce the stripping steam and heating steam requirements and insulation is also applied on the steam pipelines. As the result, the plant-wide steam consumption has been reduced to 0. 176 t/t from 0.200 t/t in 2005.
