催化裂化柴油轻重馏分的裂化性能研究 被引量:20

摘要 分别对石蜡基和中间基的催化裂化柴油进行实沸点切割,根据各窄馏分中的芳烃分布规律将两种催化裂化柴油切割成轻重馏分。在小型固定流化床反应装置上,使用MLC-500催化剂,研究了催化裂化柴油及其轻重馏分的裂化性能,并对主要产物分布和汽油组成与原料组成之间的关系进行了关联,以便为催化裂化柴油的回炼提供基础数据。结果表明,催化裂化柴油轻馏分回炼有利于生产优质高辛值汽油。 Typical FCC LCO fuels from paraffin-base and intermediate-base crude oils were distilled into sub-fractions in true boiling point distillation unit and then separated into light and heavy fractions according to the aromatics distribution. Catalytic cracking performances of different FCC LCO and their light and heavy fractions were investigated on a bench-scale fixed-fluidized bed reactor (FFB) unit by using MLC-500 catalyst. The correlations between feedstocks and main products have been performed, which provides important reference data for processing FCC LCO.
