泄流槽对螺旋折流板冷凝器的影响 被引量:1

摘要 在螺旋折流板冷凝器测试平台上,分别测试螺旋角25°,30°,40°无搭接有/无泄流槽六种螺旋折流板冷凝器的冷凝性能,结果表明,有泄漏槽比没有泄漏槽的螺旋折流板冷凝器冷凝效果更好,前者壳程总传热系数较后者高4.26%~15.6%。还推导和校核了上述六种螺旋折流板冷凝器的传热公式。 The condensing performance of 6 spiral baffle condensers of flat roof and different spiral angles and with or without uncorked slots are tested on a test bench. The results show that the spiral baffle condenser with uncorked slot offers better condensing performance over the condenser without uncorked slot, and the total heat transfer coefficient of the former is 4.26% -15.6% higher than the latter. The formulas for calculating the heat transfer of 6 types of spiral baffle condensers are derived and corrected.
