脑静脉系统对比动脉及毛细血管系统参与颅内压调控的优势与展望 被引量:2

Advantages and prospect of cerebral venous system contrasted with arterial and capillary system in intracranial pressure regulation

摘要 颅内压(intracranial pressure,ICP)增高是神经内外科临床常见的综合征,是许多严重颅内疾患的最终结局,也是导致颅脑损伤或其他颅内疾患病人死亡的主要原因。根据容量一压力关系曲线,当颅腔内容物体积超过临界点时,即使是体积的轻微增加都将引起压力的明显上升,致ICP调节系统紊乱.持续严重的增高会使ICP自动调节功能减退甚至丧失。
