重组人红细胞生成素改善肿瘤患者放化疗相关性贫血临床观察 被引量：1

摘要 贫血是癌症患者常见的并发症，约50％的肿瘤患者发生贫血，晚期及接受放化疗患者因骨髓造血系统进一步抑制，贫血发生率高达90％，严重影响患者对放化疗的耐受性及生活质量。本研究应用重组人红细胞生成素（rHuEPO）治疗放化疗相关性贫血取得较好疗效。
