Blood transfusion is an effective therapeutic measure in clinic, however, it also brings potential risk factors of various blood - transfuse complications. After analysis of the documents about types, causes and bedside care of various complications, it was suggested that it will be profit to decrease the chance of complica- tions when accept blood transfusion and recovery from complications if we adopt measures such as emphasize rec- ognitions in causes of complications, master nursing important point of various blood - transfuse complications and give directive nursing care, especially the enhancement of mental nursing.
