摘要 随着乙烯工业的快速发展和对合成橡胶及合成树脂的需求增大,裂解碳五馏分的分离利用已愈来愈引起人们的重视。介绍了国内外裂解碳五馏分分离技术的研究进展,着重叙述了萃取精馏法分离异戊二烯、热二聚法分离环戊二烯等工艺,并简要介绍了近年来开发的新型工艺,提出优化现有工艺、开发新型萃取剂、引入催化加氢除炔等是今后碳五馏分分离技术发展的新方向。 More attention have been paid to separation and utilization of steam cracking C5 fraction along with rapid development of ethylene industry and increasing demands of both synthetic resins and synthetic rubber. Research progresses in separation technology for steam cracking C5 fraction, domestic and abroad, were reviewed. Separation of isoprene by extractive distillation and separation of cyclopentadiene by thermal dimerization were mainly described. Some newly developed technologies were briefly introduced. New development trends for separation of steam cracking C5 fraction were stated, namely optimizing existing technologies, developing new extractant, using catalytic hydrogenation to remove alkyne, etc..
