摘要
促进短肠综合征患者残存肠道的代偿，可促进残存肠道对营养物质的吸收，减少短肠患者对肠外营养的依赖，提高生活质量，延长生存时间。我们通过对85％肠切除大鼠术后应用添加精氨酸的肠内营养，观察精氨酸对短肠大鼠残存肠道代偿的影响。
