摘要
促进短肠综合征患者残存肠道的代偿,可促进残存肠道对营养物质的吸收,减少短肠患者对肠外营养的依赖,提高生活质量,延长生存时间。我们通过对85%肠切除大鼠术后应用添加精氨酸的肠内营养,观察精氨酸对短肠大鼠残存肠道代偿的影响。
