Fas抗原及其配体和TRAIL及其受体在子宫颈癌及其癌前病变组织中的表达 被引量:1

摘要 宫颈癌发病率居妇科恶性肿瘤首位,近年来,在发展中国家发病率有上升趋势。宫颈上皮内瘤变(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN)作为宫颈癌癌前病变,以其病理发展过程可分为CINⅠ、CINⅡ、CINⅢ级,目前认为,CINⅠ级几乎不发生癌变,20%~45%未治疗的CINⅡ及CINⅢ患者可能发生癌变。细胞凋亡的发生可能是由于诱导凋亡的凋亡配体如Fas抗原配体(FasL)和肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis-inducing ligand,TRAIL)与细胞表面的凋亡受体如Fas抗原、死亡受体DR4和DIL5结合而导致的凋亡通路激活。
