摘要 介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司广州分公司延迟焦化装置2005年进行的20 h生焦周期试生产情况,阐述了生焦周期的改变对延迟焦化装置的影响以及需要解决的问题。缩短生焦周期后,装置处理量超过设计能力13%左右,单位能耗有所下降,但装置面临加热炉超负荷、焦炭塔应力变化加剧、进入分馏塔的焦粉增加等问题,设备安全保障、冷焦水系统、污油回炼等也存在隐患,需采取措施。 The operation of the delayed coker in SINOPEC Guangzhou Company at a coking cycle of 20 hours in 2005 is described. The impact of change of coking cycle on delayed coker operation and problems which need solution are discussed. After the coking cycle was shortened, the capacity of the delayed coking unit was increased by about 13% and unit energy consumption was reduced. Whereas, problems arose such as excessive coker furnace duties, intensified stress of coker drum and increased coke powder carried into the fractionator as well as potential safety problems in equipment, coke quench water system and slop oil recycle system etc. Effective measures need to be taken.
