摘要 茂名分公司I套柴油加氢装置2005年11月份以来高压换热器管束因铵盐结晶造成换热效率下降,管程出口温度下降,反应系统压力降逐步上升,循环氢量明显下降,反应氢油比不足,循环氢压缩机喘振。针对高压换热器管束结晶问题查找原因,对出现铵盐结晶的原因及结晶形成过程进行深入分析,提出了改造措施,取得了较好的效果。 Ever since November, 2005, the high-pressure heat exchanger in No. 1 diesel hydrotreating Unit in SINOPEC Maoming Company has experienced deteriorating heat exchange efficiency, lower outlet temperature of tube side, rising pressure drop of the reactor system, significant reduction of recycle gas, surge of recycle gas compressor and insufficient H2 to oil ratio due to the ammonium salt crystallization on heat exchanger tubes. The causes of ammonium salt crystallization and crystallization process have been analyzed. Good results have been achieved after improvement measures have been taken.
