摘要 低温等离子体处理恶臭废气是一门新兴的技术。典型的恶臭物质硫化氢、乙硫醇、苯、甲苯、二氯丙烷等的实验室试验和小试结果表明:采用电晕放电形式的低温等离子体处理恶臭废气是可行的,停留时间越长、电压越高,脱除效果越好,中试结果表明当停留时间大于50 s,电压25 kV时恶臭物质的去除率基本大于90%,进一步延长停留时间和升高电压,去除效率并不会大幅度提高。废气中氧气浓度的提高可以明显提高硫化氢脱除率。小试、中试的试验结果基本上与实验室的试验结果相符,但要取得和实验室同样的处理效率,中试停留时间要比实验室试验的停留时间长。 Treating fouling gas with low temperature plasma is a new technology. Both the laboratory and pilot plant tests of treating the typical fouling materials such as hydrogen sulfide, ethyl mercaptan, benzene, toluene, dichloropropane, etc by low temperature plasma demonstrate that it is technically feasible to treat the fouling gas by corona discharge process. The sweetening efficiency is increasingly improved with longer residence time and higher voltage. The pilot tests show that the removal rate of fouling materials is over 90% at a residence time of 50 seconds and a voltage of 25 kV and will not go up greatly when the residence time and voltage are further increased. The higher oxygen in waste gas can improve the hydrogen sulfide removal rate. The results of pilot tests are substantially consistent with those of laboratory tests. To achieve the same removal rate, the pilot test requires longer residence time.
