肝移植术后感染耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌的随机扩增多态性DNA分析 被引量:2

摘要 肝移植术创伤及免疫抑制剂使用等是术后易发生感染的原因,其术后感染发生率高达37%~86%。国内外大量研究均表明金黄色葡萄球菌(SA)是肝移植术后感染的主要病原菌之一,且耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的检出率呈升高趋势。本研究分析肝移植术后感染SA的耐药性,用随机扩增多态性DNA技术(RAPD)对MRSA菌株进行同源性分析,可为预防与降低肝移植术后SA的感染,正确合理运用抗生素,制定有效控制医院感染措施提供依据。
