摘要
粘度与稠度是两个通常衡量沥青粘稠程度的指标,为了分析粘度与稠度之间的关系,运用研发的沥青稠度测试仪,由计算假定和Bergers粘弹性模型分析了沥青旋转粘度、真空减压毛细管粘度和稠度的本质以及稠度与粘度的关系。研究结果表明:稠度与粘度都属于表观粘度的范畴,只是表征特定测试条件下沥青的粘稠状态;粘度与稠度之间没有可比性;对于改性沥青尤其是高粘度改性沥青,相比于粘度,沥青稠度在测试原理上能更真实的反映其高温性能。
Viscosity and consistency are the most widely-used indexes for appraising the stiffness of asphalt.For analysis on the relationship of viscosity and consistency,consistency testing system has been used,and the hypostasis and relationship between consistency and viscosity from rotary vis- cosimeter and capillary tube viscometer were gained.The results indicated that both consistency and viscosity were belonged to apparent viscosity which can just reflect stiffness with a certain test condi- tion.There were no comparable connection between consistency and viscosity and it seemed that con- sistency was more suitable for modified asphalt,especially modified asphalt with much stiffness from respect of test principle.
