摘要
温拌沥青混合料的拌和温度比热拌沥青混合料低30~40℃,但二者路用性能基本相同。较低的拌和温度可明显降低沥青混合料生产过程中的能源消耗,减少温室气体以及粉尘等污染物的排放量。国外陆续开发了基于沥青降粘剂、沸石降粘、泡沫沥青以及乳化沥青等技术的4种温拌沥青混合料制备方法。对温拌沥青混合料的制备原理、方法及其性能进行了综述。
Mixing temperature of Warm Mix Asphalt is lower by 30~40℃than that of Hot Mix Asphalt,while the properties of both mix asphalt are quite similar.Lower plant mixing temperatures mean fuel cost saving and greenhouse gas and dust reducing.Several new processes have been devel- oped to reduce the mixing and compaction temperatures of Hot Mix Asphalt,such as utilizing asphalt flow improver,zeolite,foamed asphalt and emulsion asphalt.In this paper,the present research of Warm Mix Asphalt was systematic elaborated and the mechanism,methods and performances were remarked.
