摘要 影响C/C复合材料摩擦性能的因素较多,本论文综述了国内外的研究现状,评价了摩擦参数、环境及表面状况对C/C复合材料摩擦摩损性能的影响。就能量、转速、压力、湿度、温度、气氛、表面粗糙度和润滑条件等因素展开阐述。C/C复合材料的摩擦摩损是多种因素综合作用的结果,在材料性质确定的情况下,合理的摩擦参数设计、环境条件和摩擦的表面状况能优异地发挥C/C复合材料的摩擦摩损物性。但对于各因素的影响程度,还有待进一步的研究。C/C复合材料在摩擦领域得到了广泛的应用,但有必要进一步扩大摩擦优势,提高摩擦稳定性,降低摩损,尤其是高温氧化摩损。 Almta'act: The friction performance of carbon/carbon composites is influenced by many factors, The current situation of internal and external studies for that are summarized, the influences of friction parameter, ambient and surface status on friction and wear behavior of carbon/carbon composites are evaluated. The factors including energy, rotational speed, pressure force, humidity, temperature, atmospher~ surface roughness and lubricating condition etc. are elaborat- ed. Tribological behavior of C/C composites is the result influenced by serious factors, The excellent friction and wear properties can be displayed for appropriate friction parameter design, ambient factor and surface status under the certain material property. But the influence extent of each factor need be further studied. C/C composites are widely used in friction fried, but we should enlarge the dominance of friction, increase the friction stability and reduce wear loss, especially the oxidation wear loss at high temperature.
