特大规格方石墨电极的研制

DEVELOPMENT AND RESEARCH OF SUPER-LARGE SIZE SQUARE GRAPHITE ELECTRODE

介绍了试制特大规格方石墨电极的生产工艺条件,包括配方的选定、生坯冷却技术等,并将所制得方电极应用于化学硅冶炼。结果表明,工业试验方石墨电极完全达到了研制目标,并优于国外同类产品性能,达到国际先进水平。

This paper introduces the production technological conditions for the super-large size square graphite electrode , which includes the formula designation, the green electrode cooling technology and so on . The graphite electrode obtained is used in chemistry grade silicon smelting. It is indicate that the graphite electrode in chemistry test has completely achieved the development target. At the meanwhile, the products pedormances which we output have exceeded that in the sane line abroad. Our products have achieved international advanced level.
