21世纪系统医学的探讨 被引量：2

摘要 医学发展至今，人类基因图谱向我们展示的不是医学的最后答案，相反只是医学向更深入方向发展的开始，即向系统医学发展。在生物学上，有“基因组学”、“蛋白质组学”等组学的认识；在医学认识上，有“人体是一个开放系统”、“人类的疾病和健康过程符合开放的复杂系统的基本特征”等；在思想上也展开了一些辩论，如“系统论与还原论”、“结构与功能”等；在实践中，
